This Happiest Camper quilt is so fun!
After totaling our RV and being forced to rent a house, we suddenly had multiple rooms to fill with beds to cover. I wanted to make something bright and cheerful for the master bedroom that would come together quickly.
I started with 5″ pre-cut charm packs of various plaid fabrics in vibrant colors. The door needed to contrast, so I chose a solid color for that, and surrounded the camper in white to make it pop. The teal was cut from a flat sheet that matches the sheet set on our bed.
You can see the size in this photo. It fits a king sized bed beautifully.
I had fun piecing the back in a rainbow of bright colors with this jelly roll. This quilt would be adorable in florals too. I might have to make another one.
