As Christmas quickly approaches, please remember that everything you do is a choice. You are not obligated to attend every party you’re invited to. Your cookies do not have to be perfect, if you choose to bake them at all. Only give gifts that bring YOU joy. The monetary value of gifts is irrelevant. Many restaurants are open on Christmas day. You don’t have to prepare the perfect the meal. The cleanliness of your home does not determine your worth. Family can be blood or chosen.
There is no difference between the rich and the poor in the grave. Take care of yourself. Humble yourself. Lift others. Be grateful. Be happy.
Great thoughts!! Wish I had remembered that more working full time with 2 Kids and wanting that perfect Christmas that never seemed to happen…. I can relax
More now and have learned to spread cheer not always trying to re create it!! Ho Ho Ho ?
It must be tough with kids. Mine is only 3 months old, so I hope I can maintain the cheer without going crazy as he gets older!
Have a Merry Christmas!
